PostNL picks up the packages every day at the end of the afternoon and until then it is kept refrigerated. From the moment the packages are taken by PostNL, the products are good for at least five days.

Check the status of your order via the Track & Trace code you received by email. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that PostNL has delays. If the package still has not been delivered after four days or if there is no clear update, please contact us at [email protected].
